I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location right next to the beach was amazing. The view from the oceanfront rooms on the top floor was absolutely breathtaking. Secondly, the staff was superfriendly and accommodating, especially the lady from Argentina who helped with the transfer to Quito. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Also, the breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus.
One small area for improvement would be the soundproofing of the walls. However, it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

We loved the hotel's location right on the beach, providing us with beautiful sea views and easy access to the sand. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a lovely pool and a steam room that was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious, with a range of options including fresh croissants and juices. Additionally, the hotel was located away from the tourists, yet only a 5-minute walk from everything we needed.

The hotel is located close to the action, right by the beach and with a beautiful view. the rooms are not that great and could use some improvements. the staff is helpful but their accuracy with the bills in the restaurant is questionable.
The service levels at the hotel are less than satisfactory and the check-in process is not very pleasant.

This hotel located close to the beach is a true luxury escape. the exclusive amenities are top, notch ranging from the outdoor swimming pool, relaxing spa lounge and the steam room. the sun loungers are comfortable and the garden area is stunningly maintained.
The service level did not meet its standards when checking in. Even though staff was polite, there was a lack of welcoming attitude and we had to wait quite some time before being attended.

Good food and nice beach
I recently stayed at a hotel that was a bit overpriced and not worth the money. The room was tiny, with a king bed taking up all the space. The lighting was poor, and it was impossible to read in bed. On top of that, there was no closet or place to put luggage. The wifi was patchy, and there was no hot water during the first day due to technical maintenance. The hotel was also quite noisy at night. The restaurant had good food, and the location on the beach was nice. The staff was polite and helpful, even though their English was not great. Despite my issues with the room, the bed was quite comfortable. I would not recommend that you stay at this hotel.

No major issues, all was fine.

The hotel provided amazing complementary services such as a shuttle service to the airport and a daily breakfast that featured many unique and delicious options. Its location was perfect as it was close to both the beach and the city center. the hotel had a beautiful garden that added a serene touch to the property.
The internet connection at the hotel was terrible. the speed was painfully slow, making it impossible to get any work done.
